Stallone Shaikh founded Alliance Street Consultancy in 2022 after a career in finance that included JPMorgan Chase and Mashreq Bank. His experience working with entrepreneurs in the UAE shaped a practical approach: understand how a business will operate before recommending its structure.
Raised between Mumbai and Goa, Stallone began working at seventeen and later moved to Dubai. He progressed from sales into relationship management, gaining first-hand insight into the banking and operational challenges business owners face.
A tax optimisation expert, Stallone helps founders structure their UAE and UK businesses so they claim every relief they are entitled to and pay what the law requires — no more — while staying fully compliant.
Today, he leads Alliance Street Group with a focus on connecting company formation, banking, accounting and advisory support. He is also the author of Dubai Dreams & Tax-Free Schemes, sharing lessons from his journey with entrepreneurs exploring the UAE.
Alliance Street started in Business Bay because two markets full of founders were getting the same bad deal.
UAE free zones move fast, but the advice around them often doesn't: generic packages, upsold add-ons, and a setup agent who disappears the moment your licence prints.
